1. The marketplace

Rewear provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. Unless we state otherwise, we are not a party to transactions between users. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, communications, and how you complete payment and delivery.

2. Community guidelines and user-generated content

Rewear has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise harmful.

• You must accept these terms before using the service. Continued use means you agree to follow our community standards.
• You can report listings, profiles, or messages in the app. Blocking a user hides their content from your feed immediately and notifies our moderation team.
• We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these rules.
• Automated filters may block prohibited language before content is published.

3. Accounts and conduct

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not use Rewear for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or to distribute malware or spam.

4. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
